Installation, Commissioning, and Training
Our installation team will provide you with an optimized floor plan layout based on your requirements and site conditions. We will install the machinery, commission it, and deliver it ready for operation. We will provide comprehensive training on operation and maintenance to your designated personnel until they can independently operate the equipment and diagnose/resolve basic faults. For more advanced maintenance skills or pattern-making training, please visit our company for complimentary courses.
Machine Maintenance Services
We provide a one-year free warranty for our machinery (excluding wear parts such as shuttles, shuttle shells, shuttle bobbins, needles, timing belts, etc.). For services beyond the warranty period or scope, we will charge reasonable fees (including full travel costs, parts, and labor).
Please contact us immediately in the event of a machine breakdown. When calling, please provide the following essential information: the machine model, serial number, and a detailed description of the fault to enable a prompt initial diagnosis. We will provide technical consultation and guidance to help resolve the issue. If the problem cannot be resolved remotely, we will dispatch a service engineer.
Our Commitment: For regions including Jiangsu, Zhejiang, Shanghai, Guangdong, Chongqing, Shandong, and Northeast China, our engineer will arrive on-site the next day.
